Terms and conditions
A few clear terms for using the site and playing the free browser games.

About the site
01 Aspects is a creative project and brand operated by Karim Mobariz. This website shares games, stories, applications and work in progress. Contact info@01aspects.com about these terms or a problem with the site.
The browser games currently offered here are free to play and do not require a player account. These terms cover this website and its hosted free games. Any purchase from an external store is governed by that store’s terms.
Using the games and content
You may access the site and play the free games for your own personal entertainment. Game and website code, artwork, writing, music, logos and other materials remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Free access does not transfer ownership of those materials.
You are welcome to share links and ordinary screenshots or gameplay clips with credit to 01 Aspects, provided you respect any third-party rights. Contact us before redistributing game files, selling copies, removing ownership notices or using the brand to imply an official partnership.
Play fairly and use the site responsibly
Please do not attack or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, upload harmful material or use the contact form for spam, harassment or unlawful messages.
Saves, progress and availability
Games may store progress and settings locally in your browser. Saves may not transfer between browsers or devices and can be lost when browser data is cleared, storage is unavailable or a game is updated. Keep this in mind before resetting or clearing your browser.
Games and previews may contain bugs or change as development continues. We may update, replace or remove content and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or other reasonable reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or permanent preservation of game saves.
Comfort and accessibility
Some games and site effects include movement, flashes and sound. Use the available motion, sound and pause controls, take breaks and stop playing if you feel uncomfortable. Website motion controls do not necessarily change effects inside every game.
Messages and feedback
Send feedback or bug reports to info@01aspects.com. You keep any rights you have in what you send. By sending feedback, you allow us to read and use it to respond and improve the relevant project. Please do not send confidential material or content you do not have permission to share.
Links and other projects
External sites, stores and platforms are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or safety of their content.
Responsibility
We take reasonable care in running the site, but free games and development previews may not always work as expected. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, or losses that could not reasonably have been expected from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your applicable legal rights remain in place.
Privacy and cookies
Read the privacy policy and cookie policy for information about data, browser storage and your choices. You can reject optional tracking and still play the free games.
Updates and questions
We may revise these terms as the site changes. The date above identifies this version. If paid services, accounts or other substantial features are introduced, the relevant information and terms will be provided before you use them.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory protection or right to use local courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first if something needs resolving.
