Who looks after your information

01 Aspects is the creative project and brand of Karim Mobariz, who is responsible for personal information collected through 01aspects.com. For questions or privacy requests, email info@01aspects.com.

Playing the games

You can play the free browser games without creating an account or giving us your name or email address. Opening a website still sends technical information, including your IP address, to the servers that deliver it.

Games may save progress and settings in your browser so you can continue playing on the same device. These saves are separate from optional visitor tracking. Clearing this site’s browser data can remove your saved progress.

If you contact us

We receive the name, email address and message you choose to send through our contact form or by email. We use these details to reply, handle your request and keep a record of the conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the site from spam. The contact form uses a hidden spam field, a signed timing check and a temporary rate limit. The rate-limit identifier is made from your IP address using a protected hash and expires after ten minutes.

Optional website statistics

If you allow statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, interactions with play links and when a game is started. It can collect browser and device details, approximate location, timestamps and a cookie-based identifier. This helps us understand which projects people find useful and improve the site.

Our legal basis for this optional tracking is your consent. You can decline it and still use the site and games. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

A visit to a play page or a click on a play link does not prove a game was completed. Any reported game interactions should be read with that limitation.

Essential records and search reports

Our hosting provider, IONOS, processes server and security records to deliver pages, keep the site available and investigate faults or abuse. These can include IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser information. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Google Search Console provides reports about how the site appears in Google Search, such as search clicks, impressions and search terms. These reports are separate from the site’s optional Google Analytics cookies and do not give us the identities of individual searchers.

Who helps us run the site

IONOS provides hosting and email. Google provides optional Analytics and Search Console. The cookie-choice tool, Complianz, stores and applies your preferences. Authorised site administrators may access information needed to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Google may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Google describes its transfer safeguards, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards where applicable, in its international data transfer information. How long information is kept

• Enquiries: we aim to delete routine correspondence within twelve months after the matter is resolved, unless a longer record is needed for an ongoing issue, legal obligation or dispute.
• Contact-form rate limits: ten minutes.
• Cookie choices: up to six months, unless cleared sooner or renewed.
• Google Analytics: the property keeps detailed event information for two months and user information for fourteen months. The user retention period resets with new activity. Standard combined reports can remain available for longer. Analytics cookies have their own expiry, explained in the cookie policy.
• Game saves: until you clear the site’s browser data or the game replaces the save. Browser software may also remove stored data.
• Server and security records: managed under the hosting provider’s retention arrangements and kept only as needed for the service, security and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to use based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy where the law provides this right. You can withdraw consent for optional tracking at any time.

Email info@01aspects.com to make a request. We may need reasonable information to confirm who you are. You can also complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children and young players

We do not ask players to provide a date of birth or a personal profile to play the free games. Young players should avoid sending personal information through the contact form and ask a parent or guardian for help with privacy choices. If a child has sent personal information that should be removed, please contact us.

Other websites and future changes

Links to other websites, stores and projects take you to services with their own privacy rules. Their collection of information is governed by their notices.

If we add features that change how personal information is used, we will update this notice and obtain any additional permission required before the new use begins.
